Jewellery Quotations
Diamonds, and jewellery in general; was there ever a more serious topic for a girly chat over the skinny latte? As a jeweller, I like to think that such a serious topic can be lightened with a little humour and these jewellery quotations suit either side of the argument. My own favourite is "Better a diamond with a flaw than a pebble without". However beautiful the pebble, and my bathroom certainly has reminders of my walks along beaches, it's still a pebble. A diamond, whatever its natural characteristics, is still a diamond. And see how far you get giving a girl a pebble!
